Group Classes
Functional Group Fitness
Our program uses movements that are similar to those you use every day, making them not only safe, but highly effective. You’ll do things like deadlifts, running,  push-ups and pull-ups. You’ll learn Olympic Weightlifting to become more powerful, flexible and mobile in day to day life. You’ll jump, squat, run, bike, row, push and pull! You’ll flip some tires, do some jump rope and pull a sled! When you combine all of these functional movements with high levels of intensity (which you’ll learn how to do), you get results!
We keep our program varied so that every time you come to class, you’re doing something very different from your last session. We know that you don’t have the time to commit several hours of your week to exercise. With our emphasis on intensity, smart and highly effective programming;  you’ll reach your goals by showing up (and working hard!) three or four times per week-- that’s it!

Our Personal Training Program is designed for anyone who wants more one-on-one attention, who wants a program that is specifically for them. When you join one of our expert coaches for Personal Training, you’re signing up for completely customized fitness program. During your initial consultation, you’ll sit down with a coach and discuss all of your goals so that we can customize a plan just for you. Your tailored plan will have the kinds of workouts that are designed to help you reach your goals without wasting your time.
When you have a program that is made only for you and designed to reach your specific goals, you get to where you want to go a lot faster. And with our top-tier coaches, you’re sure to not only get an effective workout, but a safe one, too.

The benefits of strength training are tremendous, and the long term and short term effects are worth their weight in gold. Reap rewards like more enjoyable workouts, increased confidence, increased tendon/ligament strength, and increased bone density. And if that's not enough, focussed strength training helps make your daily activities seem easier and less taxing.
Functional Fitness, whether done in a group setting or one-on-one, is the best way we know of to get you results. Add our Strength Program to one of our Functional Fitness Programs and you’ve got one heck of a power couple!

Our Student Athletes Program is built on helping the student become dominant in their sport.  We'll teach student athletes fundamental movements, explosive movements, footwork, hand-eye coordination, core/stability and mental focus.  All of this can translate to any sport.  We will work on sport specific strength training for the athlete.  Strength training that will translate into power specific to their sport.  Our number one goal is to help each student athlete we train, earn a free education by earning a scholarship.

No matter how much you work out, you will always fall short if you haven’t dialed in your nutrition. If you want to feel great and look great, you’ve got to work on your diet. With our Nutrition Coaching Program, you’ll finally reach the body composition goals you’ve been aiming for!  Nutrition Coaching is for anyone who wants to change the way they look and feel for the better. It’s a perfect add-on to our Functional Fitness Program or Personal Training Program, and there are no prerequisites for joining our Nutrition Coaching Program.

25 lbs lost.   I’m 38 yrs old and have not been at this weight since my early 20s. My energy and strength have skyrocketed. Pete’s meal program is top notch, you won’t be hungry. His HIIT workouts (which I attend 3 times a week @ 1hr sessions) are always changing and evolving so you won’t get bored. He is an absolute beast of a motivator and one of the few instructors I’ve seen that actually performs all workouts with the classes....how he has that kind of energy is astonishing. Pete Diaz and Alley Diaz at FSM provide the tools needed to meet all of your personal goals as long as you're willing to put in the work. They create an environment for success with their knowledge, patience and passion for what they do in a judge free zone.
